Dr. Falastin Abu-samn graduated from University of Central Florida with two bachelor’s degrees in psychology and molecular Microbiology. After undergraduate education, Dr Abu-samn got accepted to the Indiana University school of dentistry where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree (DDS). Dr. Abu-samn practiced dentistry in City of Indianapolis Indiana for four years. During her four years of working, she realized how much she enjoyed working with children. She decided to apply to the pediatric dental residency program at the Children's Hospital of Michigan in Detroit, MI. She completed the program where she received a specialty degree in pediatric dentistry. 

Dr. Abu-samn and her family decided to relocate back to Central Florida so that they would be near their extended families. After returning to Central Florida, she became an associate with a pediatric dental group. Dr. Abu-samn decided that she wanted to become a solo practitioner at her own office. Dr. Abu-samn and her family had the rewarding opportunity to design and build her own practice from scratch. Dr. Abu-samn welcome children and their families as her vision of best practices comes to life.

Dr. Abu-samn is committed to continuing her professional education. Each year she attends numerous dental education programs. She is a Diplomate in the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association and the Dental Society of Greater Orlando.

Dr. Abu-samn and her wonderful husband are pleased to call Lake Mary their home. They are parents to two wonderful children, Ahmed and Layla. When not at work, Dr. Abu-samn enjoys cooking, reading, watching movies and practicing yoga. She also enjoys long walks on the beach and traveling to new places. She cherishes her family time and often takes mini vacations to different places in Florida and neighboring states. Dr. Abu-samn takes pride in volunteering at local mosque clinic, MOM clinic and all different local organizations.
